Returns We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
Used or damaged products caused by the customer.


Refunds Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
Replacement If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a free replacement or full refund after verification.


Proof Required To process a return or replacement request, customers must provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
